I have some important news. I’ve struggled lately to keep up with everything. The transition to three children has been wonderful, but I find myself being pulled in too many directions as our family life gets ever more busy. Although it’s excruciatingly hard to even type this, let alone get it to sink into my brain, I’ve decided to take a break from photography. I feel strongly that my energy and focus need to be elsewhere right now – with my family. That means I will be honoring a few long-planned sessions on my calendar, but not taking on any new sessions for the foreseeable future. I can’t begin to tell you how much I’ve truly enjoyed each sweet baby, each darling child, each beautiful family I’ve met. Thank you, from the depths of my heart, for allowing me to capture a few moments of your lives. I wish you all the best! I’ll continue to post here regularly, so feel free to keep me in your reader and/or check back now and again.

Oh Danica, I am so sad!!! I’m glad you are able to concentrate on your beautiful kids more though. Let us know if you are ready to start again any time!!!
Danica- You are such a good woman! And such a talented, talented photographer!! Best of luck with turning your focus toward your family. It has been quite an adjustment for us with 3 kids, too. We miss you and think of you often!
