M Family | St. Louis Children’s Photographer

Boy oh boy are things busy around here!  I’m still working on my new website and getting things ready to launch Danica Nelson Photography in St. Louis.  We’re moving in T minus two months and counting!  Spring is in the air and I’m up to my ears in sessions, which I’m enjoying immensely and very grateful for.  Needless to say I have much to show you, so be sure to stay tuned (seriously, how often do I use that phrase??  Sorry!).

Well you will just die when you see these darling boys!  Gregor (5 yrs) and Levi (2 yrs) were such treats to photograph – handsome as can be and full of personality!  And just like the last session I posted, these two were the cutest little siblings…hugging (and poking) and laughing together like there was no tomorrow.

It was beautiful weather for a walk to The Alley.

I am so glad this session worked out – the family was visiting Philadelphia for the week and we were really hoping for nice weather. It turned out to be a beautiful day, and these are some of my favorite images. Andrew (6) and Sarah (4) were a photographer’s dream. Seriously. Not only are they just plain adorable, they were filled to the brim with love for each other and it came out in the photos! Plus, Andrew is a little model in the making! He had such great natural poses and his smiles are all so real. I loved meeting you K family – enjoy your (really big) peek!

A Sunday Picnic | St. Louis Children’s Photographer

My little family took a walk to the beautiful nearby Grange Estate yesterday, which was built in the 1600s. We ate a picnic dinner on the grounds and enjoyed the perfectly wonderful weather.

You may have already guessed, but we had a nice time. :)

Boy, this week has been a whirlwind of late nights and major frustrations. I feel like I’m wound into a big ball of stress right now. I won’t go into details, but I’m having calibration troubles, SOOC white balance troubles and website troubles!  In the process I’ve neglected this blog a bit. Sorry about that!
