The S family is one of my very favorites! And it sure is fun to photograph such a gorgeous (and photogenic!) family in their outrageously gorgeous home. It’s also fun to do a lifestyle session now and then. This session was shot using all natural light and a mix of my 50 1.4 and 85 1.8 lenses.

For Valentine’s Day this year, some girlfriends and I got together and did cheesy Glamour Shots for our husbands. It was SO. MUCH. FUN! Even though I apparently can only look awkward when trying to be glamorous, haha. Definitely a new tradition. Enjoy! P.S. Sad that the only times in my life I’ve had Glamour Shots, I’ve had braces (rewind to when I was 13 years old)!

My little cherub Chelsea is 6 months old today. Squeezing and loving on her is still one of the best parts of my day. I love cuddling and pressing my face into her delicious cheeks and lips and smothering her with kisses, just breathing her in…her milky (and now oatmeal-y!) breath, her fuzzy hair, her tiny fist opening and closing around my fingers. OHHHHH, if I could just freeze time and live in those moments I would be happy indeed. Here are just a few favorites from an entire lazy morning spent capturing images of my baby girl.

This tongue thing is brand new and adorable.
